SYLACORE insoles are custom-designed using 3D printing technology and in collaboration with expert podiatrists. They're not generic: they're customised according to your data, needs and intended use, offering greater comfort, support and durability. If you choose Advanced, we also incorporate a 3D scan to adapt the design to the shape of your feet.

First, you choose your insole model and customisation level. After purchase, you complete the quiz with details about your activity, footwear, weight, height and how you plan to use them.

If you choose Advanced, you receive a link to download our app for iPhone or iPad and complete the 3D scan of your feet with Face ID (facial unlock), step by step. With all that information, we design your insoles, manufacture them on demand with 3D printing and ship them to your home.

You'll receive your insoles within 8–14 days from the moment you complete the quiz.

That covers everything: 7–11 days of manufacturing —design, 3D printing and finishing, since every pair is made on demand— and up to 3 days in transit.

Essential is the right option if you want a customised insole based on the quiz, without the 3D scan. It's a good choice if you don't have an iPhone or iPad compatible with Face ID (facial unlock).

Advanced is the most complete option: it combines the quiz with a 3D scan of your feet to capture their exact shape down to the millimetre. The more data we have, the better we can adapt the design to your foot, activity and footwear.

To complete the 3D scan, you need an iPhone or iPad compatible with Face ID (facial unlock). After purchase, you'll receive a link to download our app for iPhone or iPad and follow the steps to scan your feet.

If you don't have a compatible device, you can choose Essential, borrow one from someone close to you or contact us so we can guide you.

Yes. Even though they are clearly customised products and we cannot reuse them for someone else, SYLACORE has a distinctive commitment to our customers: you can request a return.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order. We refund the cost of the insoles; return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the insoles don't work for you, contact us and we'll explain the steps for arranging the return according to the applicable conditions.
