The purpose of the conditions: The Website
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, Conditions) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Conditions, the Website shall be understood as: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both in static and dynamic form, that is, the navigation tree; and all elements integrated into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, Contents) and all those online services or resources that may be offered to Users (hereinafter, Services).

The Owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and the Contents and Services that may be incorporated therein. The User acknowledges and accepts that at any time the Owner may interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any of these elements that are integrated into the Website or access to them.

User access to the Website is free and, in general, is without charge, with the User not having to provide any consideration to enjoy it, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.

The Website of the Owner provides a wide variety of information, services, and data. The User assumes responsibility for making correct use of the Website. This responsibility will extend to:

Merely accessing this Website does not imply the establishment of any type of commercial relationship between the Owner and the User.

The User declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions. Therefore, this Website of the Owner is not directed at minors. The Owner disclaims any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.

The Owner does not guarantee the continuity, availability, and usefulness of the Website, nor of the Content or Services. The Owner will do everything possible for the proper functioning of the Website; however, it does not take responsibility or guarantee that access to this Website will not be uninterrupted or that it is free from errors.

It also does not take responsibility or guarantee that the content or software that may be accessed through this Website is free from errors or causes damage to the User's computer system (software and hardware). In no case shall the Owner be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising from access, browsing, and use of the Website, including, but not limited to, those caused to computer systems or those caused by the introduction of viruses.

The Owner is also not responsible for any damage that may be caused to users by improper use of this Website. In particular, it is not responsible in any way for outages, interruptions, lack or defect of telecommunications that may occur.

It is reported that the Owner's Website provides or may provide Users with means of linking (such as, among others, links, banners, buttons), directories and search engines that allow Users to access websites owned and/or managed by third parties.

  • Neither is any false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about the Website of the Owner, nor about its Contents and/or services, permitted.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
The Owner does not send commercial communications by electronic means without identifying them as such in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. In the event of sending you such communications, it will be done with the express consent you have granted us.

The User may oppose the processing of their data for promotional purposes by sending an email to the address indicated in point 1, revoking their consent at any time simply by notifying their intention to revoke it. Information sent for the purpose of maintaining the existing contractual relationship between the User and the Owner, as well as the performance of information tasks and other activities related to the service that the User may contract with the company, will not be considered commercial communication.


INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The Owner, either personally or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.). They will therefore be protected works as intellectual property under Spanish law, being subject to both Spanish and community regulations in this field, as well as international treaties related to the matter signed by Spain.

Under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including its mode of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of the Owner.

The User agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Owner. LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The Owner reserves the right to take civil or criminal action that they deem necessary for the improper use of the Website and Content, or for the breach of these Conditions.

The relationship between the User and the Owner shall be governed by the current regulations applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties shall submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals.
