GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
These General Purchase Conditions govern the use of the website owned by SYLACORE, S.L. (NIF: B22572374), hereinafter referred to as The Owner, with the notification address at C/ Collbaix, 101, 08250 Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, Barcelona, email support@sylacore.com.
These Conditions apply to sales made through the online store, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and other applicable regulations.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions in the version published at the time of contracting.
SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These Conditions govern the distance selling of products offered by The Owner through its website, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (TRLGDCU), Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and other applicable regulations.
The website is aimed exclusively at individuals over 18 years of age with the legal capacity to contract. The Owner reserves the right to cancel orders or accounts when fraudulent, speculative, or malicious actions are detected.
PURCHASE PROCESS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The purchase process consists of the following phases:
- Product selection.
- Cart confirmation.
- Entering shipping and billing information.
- Selecting the payment method.
- Final confirmation of the order.
Before confirming the order, the customer will be able to review and correct any possible errors in the entered data.
The contract will be deemed formalised at the moment the customer clicks on the order confirmation button, which will clearly indicate 'Order with payment obligation' or an equivalent expression.
The Owner will send the customer an electronic confirmation of the order, including a summary of the applicable conditions.
The contract will be stored electronically and the customer may request a copy of it.
PRICES
The prices indicated on this website are shown in euros (€).
The applicable prices will be those in effect at the time the order is placed. All prices are detailed on each product sheet and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT).
Before completing the purchase process, the customer will have access to a final summary of the order identifying the selected products, their individual price, the shipping cost, applicable taxes, and the total amount to be paid.
Promotions or discounts will be applied according to the specific conditions of each campaign and during the indicated validity period.
The Owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without such modifications affecting already confirmed orders.
PAYMENT
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for the formalisation of the order.
The accepted payment methods will be those indicated on the website at any given time (credit or debit card or others that may be enabled).
All transactions are carried out through secure payment gateways that comply with current regulations regarding electronic payment security.
DELIVERY
The Owner undertakes to deliver the products within the timeframe indicated during the purchasing process and, in any case, within the maximum legal period of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the purchasing process.
Available shipping methods:
- Standard shipping: estimated timeframe of 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation.
- Delivery to a collection point: estimated timeframe of 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation.
The cost corresponding to each method will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
As these are made-to-order products customised according to the customer's specifications, the indicated delivery timeframe is indicative and may be affected by the availability of materials, production capacity, or technical, logistical, or force majeure circumstances.
In the event of manufacturing impossibility due to any of the aforementioned circumstances, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to wait for the resolution of the issue or to terminate the contract with a full refund of the amounts paid.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the consumer at the moment they take physical possession of the product.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 102 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement sent to the indicated email address or through the form available on the website (if there is one).
In the event of withdrawal, the Owner will refund all payments received from the customer, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date they have been informed of their decision. However, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
The customer must return or deliver the product directly without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date they communicate their decision to withdraw.
Return costs and reduction in value
- Direct return costs: these will be borne by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Reduction in value: if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Owner may reduce the amount of the refund to compensate for the depreciation of the product.
Policy applicable to personalised products
According to Article 103.c) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal is not legally applicable to products made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalised.
However, as an internal commercial policy aimed at reinforcing customer trust and satisfaction, the Owner allows the exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, even in the case of products made according to specifications or measurements provided by the customer, such as customised 3D insoles.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND LEGAL WARRANTY
The products sold are covered by a legal warranty of three years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer shall have the right to repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate. When repair or replacement is not appropriate, the consumer may request a price reduction or the termination of the contract, under the terms legally provided.
Customers are advised to examine the product upon receipt and to report any incidents or visible damage to Customer Service as soon as possible, in order to facilitate management with the transport company.
In the case of a defective product, damaged during transport or not in accordance with the order placed, the Owner will proceed, as appropriate, to its repair, replacement or refund, assuming the necessary costs for this.
Early communication of visible damage does not limit or condition the rights recognised to the consumer regarding the legal warranty.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS
The photographs and descriptions of the products are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Products may exhibit slight variations in measurements, colours, or characteristics resulting from the manufacturing process or screen display. Such variations will not be considered defects for the purposes of returns, unless they constitute a lack of conformity in accordance with current regulations.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Owner reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. No modification will affect orders that are already in progress.
FORCE MAJEURE
The fulfilment by the Owner of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. Such events will be considered, in particular, but not limited to: social unrest, strikes of any nature, and supply issues not attributable to the Owner.
We will inform the customer of such an unforeseen event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. In the event that such suspension lasts longer than 15 days, the customer will then have the option to exercise the conditions set out in the section "Returns and Withdrawal" of these General Purchase Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the customer and the Owner shall be governed by the current regulations applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties shall submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the Courts and tribunals that correspond according to law.
